Decorator’s Walk, a design showroom operation headquartered in Syosset, NY with showrooms in the 14 largest metropolitan areas in the US.
Alliance Precision Plastics Corporation, a roll-up of three injection molding plastics businesses bought through 363 bankruptcy auctions. Grew it from $9 million to over $35 million in revenues.
CPC Chemical Holdings, LLC, a holding company for a specialty chemical platform that was a rollup of four manufacturers: Virkler Chemical Co., Yorkshire Americas, FCI Technologies, Inc. and Apollo Chemical Corporation. CPC Chemical Holdings was sold to a major customer in 2007.
